  • Having a problem with payment? Give us the details of your transaction:

    If you paid with Apple or Google Pay, the card number we receive is different to your physical card.

    Find your Apple pay virtual card number: 

    1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
    2. Tap the Apple Card or Apple Cash card.
    3. Tap the card number icon (looks like a card with numbers) or the three dots/info icon at the top or bottom.
    4. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
    5. Your virtual card number, expiration, and security code will be displayed.

    Find your Google Pay virtual card number:

    1. Open the Google Wallet app on your device.
    2. Select the card you used for the purchase.
    3. Tap Details or the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.Find the Virtual Account Number (or last 4 digits). 

    Find your Samsung Wallet virtual card number:

    1. Accessing the Card: Open Samsung Wallet, tap on the "Menu" or "All" tab, then select "Payment cards".
    2. Viewing Details: Select the specific credit or debit card.
    3. Digital Number: The last four digits of your digital card number (different from the physical card) will be displayed on this screen.
