This Letter of Intent expresses our organization's interest in enrolling staff in the founding cohort of the new Thrive Center Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Certificate, a competency-based professional development program that trains and certifies infant and early childhood mental health consultants. As a founding member, you will help shape this program and contribute to pushing the field forward.

Program Details

Start Date: June 2026

Format: Hybrid cohort (self-paced + live sessions)

Founding Member Rate: $2,500 per person

Payment Due: By last working day before class begins, May 29, 2026

Two pathways:
(A) For those with mental health education/training
(B) For those with early child education background

Statement of Intent as a Founding Cohort Organization

1. We intend to enroll the above individuals in the June 2026 Thrive Center IECMHC Certificate Program.

2. We understand that payment of $2,500 per person is required before the program start date to confirm enrollment.

3. We are willing to participate in a brief reference call with third parties (e.g., iinstructors partners) to share our interest in this program, if requested.

4. We are willing to provide feedback during and after the program to help improve the content and delivery.

5. Upon successful completion of program, if it meets or exceeds our expectations, we agree to provide a public testimonial that may be used in marketing materials.

Terms

This Letter of Intent is valid for 100 days from the signature date. It does not create any legally binding or enforceable obligations between the parties. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Next Steps: Upon signing, you will receive enrollment confirmation and payment instructions by April 5th.
