Trinity Service Project (TSP) is a ministry of White's Chapel Methodist Church that serves our local community by helping eligible homeowners with essential home repairs through volunteer service. Guided by a commitment to love and serve our neighbors, we focus on projects that improve safety, accessibility, and livability, allowing individuals and families to remain in their homes with dignity. We believe that serving others is one way we live out our calling to love our neighbors well.

A homeowner must meet ONE OR MORE of the following requirements to be considered for assistance:

• 60 years of age or older
• Disabled
• Veteran or surviving spouse
• First responder, teacher, nurse, or medical/hospital staff
• Single head of household (single parent) with dependent children (under 18 years old) living in the home

A homeowner must also meet ALL of the following requirments:

• Must live in the 76105 zip code of Fort Worth, TX
• Must own the home and lived in it for at least 2 years
• Living on low income according to HUD guidelines (80% AMI)

A member of the TSP team will reach out to you to discuss your situation and set up a time to assess the home. If eligible for assistance, a volunteer group will be assigned to your project. As this program relies completely on volunteer work, we cannot guarantee a time frame for repairs. There is also a chance that not every repair item requested will be completed, depending upon limitations of the volunteer group working on your home.

• Repairs may be limited in scope or not completed due to safety, resource, or volunteer limitations.
• Trinity Service Project reserves the right to decline, delay, or limit repairs for any reason, including safety concerns or project feasibility.
• Trinity Service Project may determine that certain requested repairs are beyond the scope of the program.
• You will be asked to show proof of income and homeownership.
