  • * About Saturdays At Todd: Community workshop series held in Todd Hall on Saturdays. Workshops are 2–3 hours, hands-on, accessible, and co-facilitated by MTSU faculty/students. Materials and promotion provided.

  • *Note: Lodging arranged by MTSU Art & Design. No reimbursements for self-booked lodging. No reimbursement for fuel, meals, or incidental travel costs. Flights (if needed) must be booked through MTSU and may not be reimbursed if arranged independently.

  • Honorarium Structure

    Please indicate which activities you are available to participate in. Honoraria are determined based on the type and number of engagement activities selected.

  • Support Provided: Pick up and return shipping and campus meal card. No additional reimbursements beyond this agreement.

  • Artwork Loan Details

  • Any damage or concerns noted at the time of delivery will be documented by both parties.

  • MTSU will pay for the return shipping of all artwork after the exhibition closes.
