Meeting Details and Costs

Attendance: This meeting is planned as an in-person gathering, so there will not be virtual attendance options.

Costs: This event is free to attend. Registration includes coffee and tea, and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. Please note that the Region is not organizing hotels for those who will be travelling into the city, and there will not be a dinner provided on Saturday. So if you attend, dinner and accommodations are your responsibility, but workshops, lunches, and tea and coffee are on us! There will also be a percentage of mileage costs offered for anyone travelling over 100 km to attend.

Accommodation: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
