2026 Summer Salute Product Vendor Registration

In the spirit of giving our vendors the best opportunity to generate sales, we will be limiting the number of vendors for specific items. Spots are prioritized, by the submission timestamp.

Simply fill out the below form to apply. We will evaluate your application within 3 business days of your submission date to review your application status.

If accepted, an invoice, from the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation RecDesk software, will be sent to the email listed on your application. The invoice MUST be paid in full within 3 business days of your acceptance notification. Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received. Submission of form does not guarantee acceptance.

Due to Kentucky adopting the 2023 NEC Code (Section 210.8(A)). All of our availble Electrical Hookups will be 100% GFCI Protected. Any Vendor requiring 30A or 50A that has any GFCI plugs/breakers in their unit WILL NOT WORK plugging into our services. This change only applies to 30amp & 50amp, 20amp plugs will remain the same due to being GFCI portected previously.

If declined, staff from Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation will contact you within 3 business days.

The Hopkinsville Division of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to close registration prior to June 29, 2026, if required number of vendor spaces are filled prior to above deadline.
