WCC 2026 Golf Outing - Volunteer Form

The 23rd Annual Westfield Chamber Golf Outing will occur on Monday, May 11, 2026, at Wood Wind Golf Course.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to assist with our annual Golf Outing. You make this event possible!

There are three sections to complete below. A) Volunteer Information, B) Provide Your Availability, and C) Provide Your Desired Volunteer Role. While every attempt will be made to place you in your preferred volunteer role, there is no guarantee. We do have situations in which we need to shift volunteers around or have a volunteer not show and shuffle to cover a critical area.
