  • Let’s Make Bargaining Productive
    at Dreamclinic!

We, the Clinic Massage Therapists of Dreamclinic are asking Dreamclinic management to work with us to make collective bargaining more productive, constructive, and efficient.

We are committed to reaching an agreement that supports high-quality care, a sustainable workplace, and the long-term success of the organization. To do that, both management and our bargaining team need sufficient time and meaningful engagement at the bargaining table.

To help move negotiations forward, we respectfully ask Dreamclinic to:

    • Schedule additional bargaining dates so progress can continue without long gaps
    • Hold full day bargaining sessions, allowing enough time for thoughtful discussion and problem-solving
    • Exchange proposals with substance, including meaningful feedback and counterproposals
    • Approach negotiations collaboratively, with the shared goal of reaching a fair and workable agreement

When bargaining time is limited or proposals are not fully engaged with, it becomes harder to make progress that both workers and management want to see. A more robust bargaining schedule and substantive dialogue will allow the parties to address concerns, explore solutions, and move toward agreement more efficiently.

We believe that investing the time and effort needed for good-faith, collaborative bargaining benefits everyone, including workers, clients, and Dreamclinic as a whole. We are ready to do this work and ask Dreamclinic to join us at the table with the same commitment.
