DOWNVALLEY Beyond Lawn Appointment

The Beyond Lawn Landscape and Irrigation Evaluation provides a comprehensive, on-site assessment with the goal of aiding property owners with outdoor water use reduction and improving the biodiversity and resiliency of their landscapes.

YOUR PRESENCE IS REQUIRED DURING THE VISIT, as we will walk your property together to better understand your goals, preferences, and site-specific conditions

During the evaluation, we will:

Part 1: Landscape Portion
- Assess the health of your current landscape, including vegetation composition, noxious weeds, and landscape wildfire risk
- Brainstorm ideas for meeting your functional and aesthetic goals for the landscape while reducing water requirements and enhancing biodiversity
Part 2: Irrigation Portion
- Evaluate your irrigation system zone-by-zone to identify inefficiencies, opportunities for zone conversions, and scheduling adjustments to reduce outdoor water consumption.

After the evaluation, you will receive a tailored conservation report outlining actionable steps to take to implement upgrades on your landscape.

What is NOT included in a Beyond Lawn Evaluation:

A full landscape design
Labor, upgrades, or installation services; Beyond Lawn is a consultative service
