2026/2027 REGISTRATION FORM

Southridge Playschool & Kindergym Society. Classes run for 30 weeks from September to May. Classes start September 8, 9, 10, 11. There are one or two classes per week-each class is 2 hours in length. There is a maximum of 20 children per class. There is a 1-hr Orientation Session for each class September 1, 2, 3 (excluding Friday) one week prior to your child's first class.

Our 3-year old classes are open to children who will be 3 years of age prior to or upon the commencement of the program. Wednesday, September 10th is regarded as the commencement of the program for the Wed AM Class. Thursday, September 11th is regarded as the commencement of the program for the Thu AM Class. Children born after these dates must delay their start date until the month of their 3rd birthday.

Our 4-year old classes are open to children turning 4 on or before December 31, 2026.
ONE DAY A WEEK:

Registration Fee: $100 (non refundable if your child does not attend, this will be refunded in November when we receive our affortability grant from the government)

TWO DAYS A WEEK:

Registration Fee: $325 (non refundable, this is the amount that is owed for 2 days a week for the entire school year)
PLAYSCHOOL REGISTRATION PAYMENT:

To secure your child's spot for the fall season, an E-transfer payment is required at the time of pre - registering your child.

Spots will only be held once payment has been received. If payment is not submitted, your child's spot will not be secured.

An official receipt will be provided for you for your payment/ deposit

PARENTS AGREEMENT:

1. I hereby agree to a Volnerable Sector check to be a part of the parent helper list. The parent helper will engage in all activities that we do that day and are required to help with the children and be counted in ratio.

2. I will provide 2 HEALTHY snacks from 2 different food groups for my own child attending playschool.

3. I will provide a water bottle daily for my child.

4. I will provide indoor shoes as well as a change of clothes for my child daily.

5. I understand i can not bring siblings into class on my helping days as i can not be counted in ratio with the playschool children.

6. I understand the playschool conducts fundraising events to help defer additional costs. I CAN CHOOSE TO PAY $100 OPT OUT FEE. (The raffle tickets are NOT included in the buy out option. you are required to sell 1 raffle booklet)
