Payment in full is required NO later than 7days after the acceptance of stall by Tararua Rodders. NO REFUNDS. Stalls will be placed at the discretion of the organiser.
Non Payment within this time, may result in your place being removed without futher notice
As there are limited spaces for stalls, both inside and outside will be utilised. You will be notified where you will be placed with your acceptance letter
Whatever the weather - it is ON
Gazebos and vehicles MUST fit within your marked site. This will be strictly enforced
Compliance with the Health and Safety Act and Food Hygiene Regulsations is strictly the responsibility of individual stall holders.
Food stall holders will be required by the Horowhenua District Council to complete a Permit to Sell Food Application
Stall holders using electrical equipment are affected by current Electrical Regulations. This requires ALL electrical equipment being used at this event to have a current certificate.
We expect all stall holders to remove their own rubblish, including cooking oils and packaging
The show is open to the public 10am-3pm. Absolutely NO stall holder vehicle movement allowed between the hours of 8am-3pm. Any staff arriving during 'open' hours will need a pass or will be charged full gate entry
