Chilis will be judged without any toppings, and on the following catagories:

1. Smell

2. Appearance

3. Texture

4. Taste

5. After-taste
Cook-Off Rules:

-One entry per person, for no fee

-There is no age limit, but cooks younger than 18 must have a legal guardian or parent fill this form out

-You must arrive at Field of Grace Baptist Church (located at 16 Spring St. Brownfield, ME 04010) by 3:45pm, so judging can begin by 4:15pm

-You must bring at least 2 quarts of chili (preferably in a slow cooker)

-You must bring a serving spoon/ladle

-You may make any type of chili. (White, Tex-Mex, Chicken, Beans, No Beans, Etc.)
