2026 Golden Blocks - Block Party Vendor Form

Please complete the form to serve as a vendor for the Block Party Event.
Thank you for registering to be a vendor Golden Blocks - Block Party Health & Resource Fair! We are excited to partner with you for a wonderful event! The event will be Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11:00am-2:00pm on the Laney Walker Blvd, between Philips Street and 12th Street. Space is limited to the first 30 registrations! To secure your spot, please complete your vendor registration by Friday, April 20, 2026.

A few things to consider:

Check-In at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1223 Laney Walker Blvd.
Set-Up for vendors is from 8:00am-10:30pm.

Please bring a table, chair, tent, and items needed to set up your organization's display at the event.

We will have scheduled giveaways throughout the event. Please bring an item for the door prize raffle drawings.
