Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging, mission-centered content that highlights L.I.F.E. Houston’s programs, events, and impact while honoring client dignity and privacy.Graphic Design: Design professional materials including social media graphics, flyers, sponsorship decks, event signage, and program resources that align with L.I.F.E. Houston’s brand.Branding & Creative Projects: Support creative initiatives such as awareness campaigns, fundraising visuals, storytelling projects, and special creative assignments that elevate L.I.F.E Houston’s mission.Photography/Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos (with proper consent) for use in marketing, fundraising, newsletters, and reports.Public Relations & Media Relations: Assist with press releases, media outreach, story pitching, and cultivating relationships with local media to increase visibility and credibility.Email Marketing: Draft, design, and schedule newsletters and email campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, and the community.

Development/Fundraising/In-Kind Donations: Support the solicitation and coordination of financial and in-kind donations such as formula, supplies, event items, and professional services. Assist with donor tracking and acknowledgments.Sponsorship Outreach: Research and assist with outreach to corporate and community sponsors, supporting relationship cultivation and follow-up for events and year-round impact opportunities.

Assist with the planning and execution of L.I.F.E. Houston events, helping create meaningful experiences that support mothers, babies, and families. Duties may include guest support, event setup, event setup and breakdown, guest check-in, hospitality support, silent auction assistance, and general event coordination.

Inventory Creation & Management: Build and maintain accurate inventory systems for formulas and supplies, including tracking quantities, monitoring expiration dates, and ensuring accountability.Formula Packing: Prepare and assemble formula and care packages with care, accuracy, and efficiency to directly support mothers and infants.Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in donor databases, inventory systems, and program documentation to support reporting and operational excellence.Office Assistance: Provide administrative support such as organizing files, preparing materials, answering phones, and supporting daily office operations.Formula Packing & Care Package Assembly: Groups assist with organizing and packing formula and infant care supplies according to safety and inventory guidelines.Inventory Organization & Sorting Days: Help organize storage areas, touch up paint, hang items on wall, label supplies, check expiration dates, and support inventory accuracy.
