Wonderwood Summer Fairs

Hello, and thank you for applying to be a vendor at one of Wonderwood's Summer Fairs! Fairs will be on the last Saturday of the month, May through October, from 12pm-6pm.

Please note, unlike previous years, we will be accepting applications in two waves. If you are interested in applying for one of the later fairs, please wait to apply until that fair's application is live. Follow us on Instagram for up-to-date information on fairs and applications.

May 30 - Rat King's Bizarre
June 27 - Ye Olde Gay Faire (pride!)
July 25 - The Flea Market (animals, animal companions & pets)
Application closes: March 15
Decisions emailed: April 1

Next application: open mid May
August 29 - Wonderkids Emperioum (back to school, kid-centric wares, and kiddo vendors)
September 26 - Wondercon (comics, boardgames & collectibles)
October 31 - Not So Spooky Market (Halloween)

FAQS
- The vendor fee is $40. This is only paid by those accepted into the fair, it is not an application fee. This fee helps us pay for extra bathrooms and marketing. The fee is paid per booth, not vendor, so if two vendors are sharing a booth, it's only a single fee.
- Our fairs are all outdoors, rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, we will reach out to vendors.
- You must provide your own table, chairs, canopy, etc.
- Absolutely no AI art or dropshipping.
- Vendors 16 years old and under are allowed, but must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
- We expect all vendors to stay for the full duration of the event.
- We are committed to keeping our fairs accessible, if you have any special needs please let us know in the final question of the application so we can help accommodate you.
- This is a safe space and no hate of any kind will be tolerated.

Everyone who applies will receive an email with our decision (accepted or rejected) by April 1.
