  • SUMMER CAMP 2026

  • We are SO excited to begin preparing for another fun-filled summer here at Coastal Day School! We look forward to having our summer besties back all year!
  • Our 2026 summer program will run for 10 weeks and is open to rising kindergarteners through middle school students. We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our first day of camp will be Monday, June 1st and our last day of camp will be Friday, August 14th. We will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. We will be open EVERY week except July 27-31.

  • Registration Information

  • To register your child for summer camp, you will need to submit the following:
    • Completed summer camp paperwork packet (online only)
    • The non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $5 per week you are reserving (your child is not placed on our roster until this fee is paid for each week)
  • Registration opens to returning campers on February 12th and to new families on March 16th. Spaces are first come, first served, so we encourage early registration to secure your spot! We will only be offering a full-day program this summer since field trips are optional-no half-day option.

  • Tuition & Attendance Policy

  • Tuition is based on the weeks you enroll for, not on the days your child actually attends. Once enrollment is submitted, we cannot change or remove any registered weeks, and payment for those weeks will still be required in full. All campers must have a valid credit card on file and tuition is charged every Friday for the following week.
  • We understand plans can change, but please know this policy allows us to maintain low student-to-teacher ratios and provide a safe, engaging, and well-staffed program each week. Our goal is to avoid pre-payment at registration for reserved weeks, and that depends on families honoring the weeks they reserve.

  • Tuition for summer 2026 is as follows (prices do NOT include field trips):

  • 2- days (Tuesdays/Thursdays) $90/week
  • 3-days (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays) $135/week
  • 5-days (Monday-Friday) $185/week

  • Field Trip Information

  • We offer daily optional field trips that are an additional cost. Families can choose the field trips their child wants to attend.
    • Field Trip Registration opens May 1st at 8:00 a.m.
    • Registration links will be emailed to all enrolled campers.
    • Each field trip is limited to 38 campers and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
    • Payment is required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable to another child or field trip. No exceptions to this policy.
    • Make sure you only pay for field trips on days your child will be at camp. We cannot issue refunds on field trips.

  • Camper Information

    • Daily Needs: Campers should bring a lunch, snack, and multiple water bottles each day.
    • Sunscreen: Please apply sunscreen before drop-off each morning. We will reapply midmorning. We also gladly accept spray sunscreen donations throughout the summer — we go through a lot!

  • 2026 FULL-Day Summer Camp Tuition/Fees Contract

  • Tuition (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE OF FIELD TRIPS) for our FULL-day summer camp program is $90 for 2-days (Tuesday/Thursday), $135 for 3-days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), and $185.00 for five consecutive days (Monday-Friday). You are responsible for payment for each week you register for regardless of attendance. Tuition will not be refunded, prorated, or forgiven, and cannot be transferred to another child or week. You are paying for the days you reserve, not the days your child attends. There will be no exceptions made. There is a $5 per child, per week registration fee. This is also non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • *Initial next to each week you would like to register your child for and circle how many days you want each week. Once this form has been turned in, you are responsible for payment for every week you initial regardless of attendance, and you will not be able to cancel or switch weeks.

  • *Please note, we are closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. Any camper enrolled for 3-days or 5-days that week will receive a $40 discount on tuition that week. We are closed July 27-31, 2026.
  • Tuition is due the Friday before each week of camp. All families are required to keep an active card on file with Coastal Day School. If your child is registered for a given week, your card on file will be automatically charged on the Friday prior to that week's start date. This helps us ensure smooth billing and maintain accurate enrollment counts. If you prefer to pay by another method, payment must be received before Friday to prevent the automatic charge from processing.
  • By signing this form, you give Coastal Day School permission to automatically run the card on file each Friday for every week you have registered, regardless of your child's attendance. Please note:
  • -Tuition is charged for all registered weeks and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    -We do not offer refunds or credits for missed days due to illness, vacation, changes in plans, or suspension for behavior.
    -We also do not prorate or refund tuition due to any unplanned closures (e.g., weather-related closures). This policy ensures that we can continue to provide a high-quality, well-staffed, and engaging program for every child enrolled.

  • We will be making many memories this year and we like to catch as many as possible on camera. We will be displaying your child's picture throughout our center as well as on private social media accounts that are only shared with parents in your child's class. We do also have public pages as well that we would like to display pictures on with your permission.

  • Illness Policy

  • In order to provide a safe and clean environment for all children at CDS parents MUST NOT bring their child if they are exhibiting any symptoms listed below:
    • A temperature of 100 degrees or higher
    • Red, watery eyes (pink eye)
    • Undiagnosed rash
    • Excessive runny nose/ sneezing
    • Excessive cough
    • Sore Throat
    • Nausea/Vomiting
    • Diarrhea
    • Covid-19 or Flu Symptoms (students that test positive may return after five days assuming they have been symptom free for 24 hours without medication)
  • Children cannot return to school until 24 hours after symptoms have subsided without the aid of medication. For example, if a child's fever breaks at noon on Monday, they will not be permitted to attend camp Tuesday morning. If a child is sent home sick from camp, they will not be permitted to attend the next day.
  • We work very to keep germs from spreading by sanitizing toys and equipment and washing hands. Please help us by keeping your child home when they are sick. If germs spread to our teachers, it could cause us to need to close if we do not have enough staff to operate.
  • By signing below, I am confirming that I have read Coastal Day School's Illness Policy for the 2026 Summer Camp and understand the policy in its entirety. I understand that sending my child to camp at CDS does come with the risk of contracting sicknesses and agree to keep them home until they have been symptom free for 24 hours. I understand I will be responsible for paying tuition regardless of attendance due to sickness.
