    New Academic Year Planning:

    All seminars are required to submit this planning form by June 30, 2026. This form communicates a number of things about your seminar to the central office: the names of the incoming chair/s and rapporteur, whether your seminar will meet in the coming academic year, and if so, your schedule of seminar dates. All seminars are required to submit this form for your seminar, even if you will not meet in the Faculty House.

    The information contained in the form will be published on your individual seminar web page and will ultimately be used in The University Seminars Annual Report.

      Meeting space and dinner reservations in Faculty House are subject to availability and are not guaranteed immediately upon request. We will work closely with the Faculty House event management team to confirm your bookings. Please be aware that seminar reservations may occasionally need to be adjusted if the venue’s availability changes, for example, due to Faculty House closures or events involving diplomatic guests or Columbia Trustees.

      We aim to provide final confirmation for your 2026-2027 Academic Year meeting space holds later this summer, or sooner if possible.
