Arts Involvement, School Involvement, Community Service, and Student Awards: Please include a list of arts activities, extra-curricular school activities, and community volunteer groups in which you participated to a significant degree during your time in high school. Be sure to note the role you played in those groups and include any awards and/or honors you have received. Be sure to include the grade level for which you participated/received these activities and accomplishments.
Arts-Related Activities: This can include, but is not limited to: Theatre/Dance Productions, Choral Groups, Orchestra, Band, Visual Arts Exhibitions, Private Lessons, etc.

Include qualities related to your achievements, character, and potential that would make your selection as a scholarship recipient a worthwhile investment. VISUAL ARTS STUDENTS:
- 5-7 hi-res images that represent you and your work.
PERFORMING ARTS STUDENTS:
- 1-2 minute student work or improvisation
- 1-2 minute solo that demonstrates style. This may be created by the student or an existing classical or contemporary work.
- 1-2 minute solo that demonstrates technique. This may be created by the student or an existing classical or contemporary work.
