2026 TAWA Texas Auto Roundup Vehicle Submission Form

The Texas Auto Writers Association’s signature spring driving event, the Auto Roundup, offers a valuable experience for both TAWA members and automakers. Journalists have the chance to get behind the wheel of the newest vehicles, often models they might not otherwise have the opportunity to drive. In return, automakers gain meaningful feedback through journalists’ impressions, evaluations, and the coverage they share across social media and in published articles.

During the event, vehicles are thoroughly evaluated for highly regarded TAWA awards, voted on by TAWA’s journalist members. These awards hold significant influence and are frequently used in advertising and marketing efforts to highlight a manufacturer’s achievements both in Texas and nationally.

When:

Thursday, March 5 - Friday, March 6, 2026

Cost:

$1,000 per vehicle, capped at 5 vehicles per brand, meaning 6th, 7th, etc. are free

$100 per person, through February 19th

$150 per person, Feb 19 - March 4

(For every brand registered, one OEM representative earns a free registration)

Cost Includes:

Hotel Room ($153 normal rate)

Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

No need to book a room, your registration covers a room reservation for Thursday night March 5, 2026. If you wish to add on, that can be done directly through the hotel at the TAWA rate.

REMEMBER Voting TAWA members prefer bullet point catalog descriptions to paragraph form. The majority of attendees consider these ballot descriptions in their evaluation and the descriptions provided here weigh greatly in their feedback.
