Vendor Space Details
Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 space.
Vendors must bring their own tables and tents.
All vendors are required to procure liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million, naming The City of Greater Sudbury as Additional Insured.
Insurance can be purchased through Pal.ca or through your insurance of choice.
Rules & Regulations
No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
Vendors must behave in a sportsmanlike manner at all times, being courteous and considerate toward fellow vendors, competitors, enthusiasts, and the public.
Vendors must not engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation of the event or the organizers.
Vendors must obey all by-laws and regulations applicable to the event while representing themselves as a registered event vendor.

5. All attendees must comply with the safety, traffic regulations, and fire ordinances during
the event.
Liability Clause
In consideration of the acceptance to participate, the undersigned, by the execution of this entry
form, releases and discharges the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants,
sponsors, commercial exhibitors, and anyone else connected with the management and
presentation of this event from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses,
judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to their
person or property.
Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the aforementioned parties from any
and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of the entrant, or any participant
assisting or cooperating with the entrant under the direction or control of the entrant.
Management will make every effort to ensure a successful event and kindly requests vendors to
cooperate in maintaining safety and professionalism throughout the day.
