Vendor Set-Up: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Vendor Break-Down: No earlier than 3:30 PM and no later than 5:30 PM
Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean during and after the event.
Media Release: Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By submitting this form, you grant permission for Families United Network, LLC to use images or footage of you, your staff, and/or your booth for promotional and marketing purposes.
Liability Waiver: By completing this form, you acknowledge that Families United Network, LLC, its officers, members, volunteers, affiliates, and property owners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this event.
Submission Agreement: By submitting below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to release and waive any and all liability against Families United Network, LLC and the property owners.
