2026 Sacred Heart Golf Outing Registration Form

This event is held as a fundraiser for Sacred Heart School. It is the golf outing committee's goal to raise funds to support school projects and/or activities. Last year's profits went directly to the teachers and staff at Sacred Heart to ease the burden of personal expenses. We are grateful for your support and contributions to improve Sacred Heart.

There are many ways to participate. You may choose to golf on a team, sponsor, donate items for door prizes, volunteer time, or simply make a cash donation.

WHERE: Fairfield South Trace Golf Course

TIME: AM Flight 8:00am Shotgun Start (Registration @ 7:15am)

PM Flight 1:30pm Shotgun Start (Registration @ 12:30pm)
