    All-women-led Patrol for International Women's Day 8 March 2026
  • đź’— We are calling for volunteer Women Patrollers for the brand new Cooks Hill Pink Patrol on 8th March 2026 International Women’s Day. 💗

This patrol is 100% voluntary and proudly 100% women and we hope to get as many of female patrol members to patrol together to raise awareness about the various roles and opportunities available to women in lifesaving, helping to empower females to build their operational capability and capacity.

The aim is to create a cornerstone event for our younger and newer female members to meet and interact with some of our more experienced and seasoned female patrol members to discuss anything and everything including school, sport, surf lifesaving, university, moving away to study, career choices, the pressures and challenges facing women in society, anything!

    The patrol day will be broken into two hour blocks, 8:30am – 11am, 11am – 1pm, 1pm – 3pm and 3pm – 5pm, and we’re asking for volunteers.

In addition to our female patrol cohort on the Cooks Hill Pink Patrol 2025-26 I need some of our male club members to setup, prepare and cook a delicious BBQ lunch for our ladies as they meet, connect, learn, interact and empower each other.

Ladies, If you can help out, whether for one time slot or multiple time slots, please fill out the details below.

  • Thank you and remember As a volunteer patroller on the Cooks Hill Pink Patrol 2025-26 you can attend patrol for any amount of time (1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 8 hours etc).

🏆 The patrol teams who have their female patrol members attend the Cooks Hill Pink Patrol 2025-26 voluntary patrol or have their male members help setup and cook the BBQ will receive pro rata bonus points toward Patrol of the Year. The more voluntary hours per patrol supporting the Pink Patrol the more Patrol of the Year Points.
