2026/27 LC Competition Applications

  • SwimmingSA is now accepting applications from clubs to host sanctioned competitions during the 2026/27 summer season.

    Eligible competitions must be scheduled between 1 October 2026 and 31 April 2027, in either long or short course formats.

    Approved competitions will be added to the state’s summer season calendar once applications are assessed, and must meet all requirements outlined in SwimmingSA’s Event By-Laws, including technical standards, officiating expectations and scheduling protections.

    Applications are open to all affiliated South Australian clubs.

    If your club wishes to host a competition during the 2026/27 summer season, your application must be submitted by 9.00am, Friday 10 April 2026.

    Late applications will not be accepted.

    All applications must be accompanied by a meet manager back up of your proposed competition - not the results from your previous competition. Without this your competition will not be approved.
