Vendor Terms & Event Information -

Event Date & Time
The event will be held on May 9, 2026 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the area near the 6500 Pavilion in Canton.
Vendor Setup
Vendor setup begins at 6:00 AM.
All booths must be fully set up and ready by 8:00 AM.
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and breakdown.
Booth Requirements
Vendors must provide their own:
-Table(s)
-Tent(s)
-Chair(s)
-Extension cords if power is needed - about 30ft
Payment Policy
Vendor registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. Booth spaces are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
All vendor fees must be paid in full no later than May 7, 2026. Any vendor with an unpaid balance after this date will forfeit their booth space.
Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as all proceeds directly support our fundraiser. No rain checks will be issued. Thank you for supporting our mission!
Weather Policy
This is a rain or shine event unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions as determined by event organizers.
Product & Booth Approval
Vendors must accurately describe the products or services they will be offering.
To ensure variety, vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the event reserves the right to limit duplicate product types.
Brand Restrictions
If you are representing a brand that permits only one booth per event, you must indicate this during registration.
Liability
Vendors agree to hold harmless the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and volunteers from any responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor booths, equipment, staff, or products.
Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, family-friendly environment. The event reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with event standards.
