Morling Professional Learning
The Complex Church Leadership (CCL) Certificate is a non-accredited one-year programme that equips participants to serve as leaders and core team members in churches with multiple enterprises or businesses.

The Certificate comprises three modules:
1. Complex Church Leadership and Governance
2. Guided Spiritual Formation: Complex Church Leadership
3. Leading Entrepreneurial Organisations
These modules cover both the principles of leading hybrid churches, as well as the spiritual formation of pastors and leaders in complex church environments.

The delivery model supports pastors and leaders in meaningful professional development while recognising the pressures and competing priorities of ministry. It combines face-to-face mini-intensives as well as online components.
