    • BROKER FEE AGREEMENT 
    • Loan Broker Fees: Loan Brokers may charge their Borrower an agreed upon amount determined and agreed upon between the Loan Broker and Borrower. These fees are added to Lender Fees and paid at closing and/or post closing. To ensure all parties are protected, Loan Broker fees and Lender fees paid by the Borrower are outlined within a Good Faith Estimate & Funding Fee Agreement issued by ICS, should ICS determiine the loan is fundable. This agreement protects the Loan Broker's commission.

      ICS will NEVER contact your Borrower without your request and authorization to do so.

  • Borrower Information / Soft Credit Pull & Term Sheet

    ICS must pull a Soft Credit Report to ensure we know the Borrower's credit score prior to issuing a Term Sheet. A Soft Pull in no way affects the Borrower's credit score. No Social Security number is required. The Borrower's full legal name, phone number, email, and home address ARE REQUIRED for a Soft Pull & Term Sheet.
