🌹About the Royal Rose Package Program🌹

In Loving Memory of Sheres: In memory of Sheres — whose kindness, compassion, and deep love for community continue to guide our work — the Royal Rose Foundation offers the Royal Rose Cares Package Program.

1. This program exists to support invidivuals and families by providing complete hygiene care packages. Currently, Cares Packages are available for PICK UP only.

2. This form helps us understand your preferences and needs, select as many options as you need to complete your kit.

3. You are not required to be in crisis to receive support. If a care package would be helpful to you or your household, you are welcome here.

A Note on Inventory: Apart from statndard kits, item availability may vary week to week. While we may not be able to fulfill every specific request, we will do our best to provide a well-rounded package. https://example.com/rose-kit-image.jpg
Cares Package Program Registration

Register for the care package program, select your items, and choose a pickup time.
At this time, Cares Packages are pick up only. Pick up at our SE Portland office.

📍 80 SE Madison St, Portland, OR (Waterman Building)
When you arrive, please use the call box and search for “Royal Rose Foundation.” Select our name and allow about a minute for a team member to answer and provide access to the building.

A Royal Rose team member will be on-site during pickup hours to assist and answer any questions.

Important Notes:
• Please respect the building, neighboring businesses, and shared space when entering.
• Keep noise levels low and be mindful of the environment.
• Pickup appointments are brief and typically take about 5 minutes, so please plan your transportation accordingly.
• Parking is street parking only. The Royal Rose Foundation is not responsible for parking availability.

Transit Access:
This location is accessible via TriMet bus lines 15 (Belmont), 6 (MLK Jr Blvd), and 4 (Division), all within a short walking distance. MAX light rail lines are also nearby with a short walk across the Hawthorne Bridge.

If you fail to call or text your Cares Package may be restocked. If your Cares Package is restocked you may submit a second request. If you fail to make it to the scheduled pick up time AND do not call or text to reschedule for a second time you will no longer be able to request a Royal Rose Cares Package. This respects our volunteered time and the limited space we have available for storage.
