TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
IL TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL e gli eventi ad esso associati sono prodotti dell’Associazione Sportiva Culturale Dilettantistica ASCD BE SWING. Per partecipare al TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL è necessario essere associati. L’iscrizione avviene automaticamente con l'accettazione e l'invio del modulo online.
Una volta ricevuta la mail di conferma della registrazione, avrete un massimo di 5 giorni per effettuare il pagamento.
In caso di mancato pagamento nei termini, la vostra registrazione sarà cancellata.
L’assicurazione è responsabilità dei partecipanti. Gli organizzatori non sono responsabili per nessuna lesione che potete procurarvi durante il festival. Ognuno degli spazi ospitanti ha la sua politica di sicurezza.
Il programma del Festival può essere modificato senza alcun rimborso, in caso di variazione dei voli degli insegnanti, o in caso di loro malattia inaspettata / lesioni o per tutte le altre possibili ragioni non dipendenti dalla nostra volontà.
Per i livelli del workshop in cui è prevista un’audizione, i partecipanti saranno ridistribuiti nei livelli assegnati dagli insegnanti, il cui giudizio è insindacabile. Gli insegnanti, il cui giudizio è insindacabile, si riservano il diritto di modificare il livello di partecipanti in qualsiasi momento e in tutte le classi.
In caso di annullamento del volo / treno o in caso di improvvisa malattia / infortuni o per altri motivi che possono causare la mancata partecipazione, non è previsto nessun rimborso.
Inviando la tua richiesta di iscrizione aL TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL e ai sensi degli artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. e degli artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633, Legge sul diritto d’autore, ci autorizzi alla pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle immagini del festival in cui potresti essere presente, sul sito internet, su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione ai fini pubblicitari del TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL e di BE SWING ASCD, nonché alla conservazione delle foto stesse negli archivi informatici dell’associazione.
Gli organizzatori non si assumono la responsabilità per gli infortuni dei partecipanti (tra cui lesioni e danni alla salute) e le perdite di oggetti personali, furti e danni.
In caso di cancellazione del festival per disastri naturali, pandemie, scioperi, guerre e qualsiasi causa non riconducibile agli organizzatori, non è previsto alcun rimborso.
Per cause non imputabili agli organizzatori non è previsto alcun rimborso. È consentito altresì la cessione del Full Pass ad altri ballerini entro 7 gg dall'inizio dell'evento comunicandolo via mail a comunicazione@beswing.it
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL and the events associated with it are products of the Amateur Cultural Sports Association ASCD BE SWING. To participate in the TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL you must be a member. Registration occurs automatically with the acceptance and submission of the online form.
Once you have received the registration confirmation email, you will have a maximum of 5 days to make the payment.
If you fail to pay on time, your registration will be cancelled.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries you may sustain during the festival. Each of the host spaces has its own security policy.
The Festival program may be changed without any refund, in case of change in teachers' flights, or in case of their unexpected illness/injury or for all other possible reasons beyond our control.
For the levels of the workshop in which an audition is scheduled, the participants will be redistributed in the levels assigned by the teachers, whose judgment is unquestionable. The teachers, whose judgment is unquestionable, reserve the right to change the level of participants at any time and in all classes.
In case of flight/train cancellation or in case of sudden illness/injury or for other reasons that may cause non-participation, no refund will be provided.
By sending your registration request to the TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL and pursuant to the articles. 10 and 320 civil code. and the articles. 96 and 97 law 22.4.1941, n. 633, Copyright Law, you authorize us to publish and/or disseminate in any form the images of the festival in which you may be present, on the website, in printed paper and/or in any other means of dissemination for advertising purposes of the TARANTO SWING FESTIVAL and BE SWING ASCD, as well as the conservation of the photos themselves in the association's computer archives.
The organizers do not assume responsibility for participants' injuries (including injuries and damage to health) and losses of personal belongings, theft and damage.
In case of cancellation of the festival due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars and any cause not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be provided.
For reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be provided. The transfer of the Full Pass to other dancers is also permitted within 7 days of the start of the event by communicating this via email to comunicazione@beswing.it
