    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

    After three cancellations or reschedules made with less than one week's notice, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments. At that point, clients may have no more than two appointments booked in advance at one time.

    If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with short notice, I will gladly offer 15% off your next service as a thank-you for your understanding

    No Call / No Shows

    Missed appointments without notice will be charged the 40% cancellation fee.

    Future bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure an appointment.

    This policy helps protect my time and availability for all clients.

    Running Late

    Please message me as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late.

    If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be canceled and the cancellation fee applied to avoid overlapping with the next client.

    Thank you for arriving on time so I can provide the best experience possible.

    Early Arrivals

    Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early.

    This allows time to finish with the previous client, reset, and properly sanitize the space before your service begins.

    Guests

    To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, one guest is welcome in the service room.

    Additional guests are kindly asked to wait in the lobby.

    Nail Art

    To ensure proper timing, all nail art must be booked ahead of time. Nail art cannot be added during your appointment if it was not selected when booking.
