    Please take a moment to complete every section before submitting. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications are due by February 20.
  • Food Vendors Only: Proposed Menu Offers

    List the types of food or beverages (non alcoholic) you plan to serve at Night Market BTR. Please be as specific as possible. Any changes to your menu must be submitted in advance, in writing, and approved by the Night Market BTR Food Committee. All menu change requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2026. For allergy purposes, all food vendors must post a full ingredient list at their booth during the event.
  • Art Vendors Only: Please list the items you plan to sell at Night Market BTR and describe how they connect to your concept.

    Examples include art prints, stickers, handmade goods, jewelry, clothing, cultural crafts, and original designs.
  • Electrical Needs

    List all electrical needs for the event, including the number of outlets needed and voltage requirements. Please include the type of equipment you plan to plug in. Applications without specific electrical details may not be reviewed.
  • Acknowledgement

    By submitting this application, I acknowledge that Night Market BTR is an outdoor event and vendors are responsible for preparing for weather and outdoor conditions. Night Market BTR is a rain or shine event. In the case of thunderstorms or severe weather, vendor fees are non refundable. Any decision to delay, modify, or reschedule the event will be made at the discretion of the Night Market BTR team. I understand that vendor fees are non refundable once submitted. I also agree that my booth must remain open until the official closing time of 10:00 PM.
