We offer doggos and their humans an intimate dog park experience focused on quality enrichment play rather than chaos and overcrowding. Our space is intentionally smaller and thoughtfully designed, featuring sensory gardens, a closable swimming pool, on-site drying station, and a curated self-help shop for treats, toys, and essentials. Each session is limited to ensure a calmer, safer environment and is priced at R130 per session. By completing this form, you help us maintain a controlled, enjoyable experience for dogs and owners alike.

By entering the Modderpoot premises and/or making use of any facilities, products, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of Facilities
All dogs and visitors use the park, pool, obstacles, shop, and surrounding areas entirely at their own risk. Modderpoot, its owners, staff, and representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death to any person, dog, or property, howsoever caused.
Dog Behaviour & Health
You confirm that your dog(s) are under your control at all times, are in good general health, and are not knowingly aggressive or contagious. You remain solely responsible for the behaviour and actions of your dog(s) while on the premises.
Dog-to-Dog & Dog-to-Human Interaction
Modderpoot accepts no liability for any incidents involving dogs, including but not limited to bites, fights, or injuries to humans or other animals.
Pool, Obstacles & Equipment
Use of the pool, obstacles, drying facilities, and any equipment is voluntary and at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for assessing whether your dog is physically capable of using these facilities safely.
Retail Products & Treats
All treats, snacks, toys, and products sold on the premises are provided without warranty. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product or treat purchased is suitable for your dog. Modderpoot accepts no liability for allergic reactions, illness, choking, or injury arising from the use or consumption of any product.
Self-Help Shop
Where the shop operates without staff present, all purchases are made on a self-service basis. Customers are required to pay for all items taken. The shop and surrounding areas are monitored by CCTV for security and loss-prevention purposes.
Damage to Property
Any damage caused by you or your dog(s) to Modderpoot property, equipment, or facilities may be recovered from you.
Children on the Premises
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Modderpoot accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or harm suffered by a child while on the premises, including but not limited to injuries arising from interaction with dogs, use of facilities, play equipment, or environmental hazards. Parents or legal guardians remain solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of their children at all times.
Indemnity
You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Modderpoot, its owners, and representatives against any claims, demands, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the premises, facilities, or products.

Entry onto the premises and/or completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer in full.
