We’re excited to kick off another season of the Polk City Farmers Market located at our Town Square! The 2026 market season will run a full 18 weekends from May 28th through September 24th, 2026.
A full season (18 weekends) will be $150, making your weekly investment less than $9 per week and the daily vendor price at $20 a week. If you are interested in participating in the Polk City Farmers Market this year, please read the vendor manual BEFORE completing this application, found on the Polk City Farmers Market webpage.
Full-time Vendors: If you want to be a full-time vendor, complete this application, and include any days you will NOT be attending. You will not need to notify us again when those dates come around. Please try to make your list as complete as possible.
Daily Vendors: If you want to be a daily vendor, complete this application, and include the days you WANT to participate. If you are approved, you will be notified of the dates you’ve requested that are available and will be billed at that time. Participants who are on this list will also be notified of any additional openings no later than noon on Wednesday. If you want to participate, payment will need to be made by the end of day on Thursday or you will not be added to the map. You cannot just “drop-in” on Thursday, as registration and payment is required in advance.
For your reference, the market dates are: May 28, June 4, June 11, June 18, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6, August 13, August 20, August 27, September 3, September 10, September 17, September 24
There will be a committee reviewing the applications so be sure to include all of the requested information. We will be filling spaces by categories in order to keep a nice balance of vendor types. You will be notified if you are accepted or denied as the committee decides.
The categories we review include:
- Produce/Honey/Jams & Jellies
- Meat/Eggs/Dairy
- Fine Art (Photography, paintings, prints, stickers, design, etc.)
- Artisan Crafts (Woodworking, metalworking, sewn goods, crochet/knit/macrame, etc.)
- Prepared Foods/Beverages (food trucks, ready-to-eat food stands, ready-to-drink beverage stands)
- Baked Goods
- Personal Care
- Clothing/Retail
- Plants/Flowers
- Other
Billing will be available only to those vendors who have been approved. We will send instructions on how to proceed when we send your approval notification. No payment is due at this time.
