The times tables club runs for a duration of five weeks. You can join at any point within the term and receive five weeks of participation in the club. You do not need to give notice to leave as it assumed that attendance will stop at the end of the five weeks you have been allocated. If you would like to be re-enrolled for another five weeks then we will need to be notified. If you are enrolled other than at the start of the term then the run of five lessons may continue after the half term or holiday break to complete your allocated five weeks.

      Cancellation

If you are unable to make one or more than one session, then that week or weeks are neither refunded nor is the lesson made up at another time. If a lesson is missed it is forfeited.

In the rare event that lessons are cancelled by us, we will offer a refund for that week.

      Declarations and consents

Laidlaw Education is only able to accept responsibility for children during their lesson and normally we expect a parent/carer to wait with them to meet the teacher at the beginning of the lesson, and to collect them from the teacher at the end of the lesson, unless we have permission to the contrary.
