I, {printedName} hereby agree to and understand all of the following: The sponsors of this event, ICPIC, NAC, Penn's Landing Inc.  and the City of Philadelphia are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to my person or properly. EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN or SHINE. I agree to sell only items relative to Islamic Culture and to follow all rules and regulations set by Penn's Landing. Failure to do so, I will be ask to leave and loss all funds deposited to vend.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your accepting this application, I {printedName}, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my business, executors and demonstrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my business may have against ICPIC New Africa Center, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my business, or my guests in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.

Violation of these rules and regulations will be in default of the agreement and will result in immediate closure, expulsion, and denial of participation of following year’s event. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
