I understand that the Mount Prospect Bike Club and its officers, members and their heirs are not responsible for and are not insured of my personal safety during any and all tours. I thus release the Mt. Prospect Bike Club and its officers, members and their heirs and agree to save them harmless from any and all liability arising from my having sustained any property damage or personal injury by reason of their negligence in participating in or sponsoring or planning or arranging the tours. I have inspected my bicycle and I know it to be in reasonably good and safe condition. I have an adequate and reasonable knowledge of what is prudent and safe bicycle riding and shall ride in that manner for my own protection and for the protection of others. I am aware and have knowledge of the State of Illinois Bicycle Rules of the Road.
