1         We agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any sponsorship made as set out in this application form, and the Conditions of Funding.

2         We confirm that the information given in this application is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3         We acknowledge that any funding offered must be used solely for the activities outlined in this bid unless prior approval is granted by the Luton Rising Marketing team, and all proposed work must remain within the funding criteria.

4 The funding provided will be spent within twelve months of receipt unless specifically agreed by the Luton Rising Marketing team.
