2026 Stalew Food Pow-Wow Vendor Registration/Application

    Fill out the form below to apply to become a food vendor at our 2026 stal'əw̓ Pow-Wow. This form is an application and does not secure your spot as a vendor. We will contact approved vendors to secure a payment.

    Saturday, September 12th 2026
    Sunday, September 13th 2026    		 Location:
    The Langley Events Centre
    7888 200th St. Langley, BC

  • Friday, September 11:

    We welcome you to come and begin setting us as early as 11:00 am
    Doors open to the public at 6:00 pm; dancers/drummers arriving for 5:00 pm.
    Closing of Colours is at 10:00 pm and building is cleared at 11:00 pm 


    Saturday, September 12: 

    You may begin set-up at any time in the morning, but our volunteers and staff will be available for assistance at 10:30 am
    Doors Open to the public at noon and lunch services should be available, as Grand entry begins at 1:00 pm 
    Guests and dancers will have available time to visit food vendors and the outdoor plaza at all times throught the Pow-wow 
    Dinner Break is from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, please ensure you are prepared and available at this time
    Closing of Colours is at 10:30 pm and building is cleared at 11:00-30 pm 


    Sunday, September 13: 

    You may begin set-up at any time in the morning, but our volunteers and staff will be available for assistance at 10:30 am
    Doors Open to the public at 11:00 am and lunch services should be available, as Grand entry begins at 1:00 pm
    Guests and dancers will have available time to visit food vendors and the outdoor plaza at all times throught the Pow-wow 
    Closing of Colours is at 5:30 pm and building will be cleared by 7:00 pm

I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the stɑl̓əw̓ Arts & Cultural Society's control.
