This is an application to be considered as a vendor at our event. Due to limited space and high demand, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We typically receive over 300 applications.
All applications will be carefully reviewed based on product mix, quality, space requirements, and overall fit with the event. Selected vendors will be notified by April 1, 2026.
Vendors who are accepted will be required to enter into a formal Vendor Agreement, which will outline all terms and conditions, including fees, electrical requirements, setup and teardown times, and event policies. Participation is not confirmed until the Vendor Agreement is signed and all required payments and documentation are received.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our staff, volunteers, vendors, and guests. Any form of harassment, abusive language, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior toward event staff or volunteers—at any stage of the application or event process—will result in immediate disqualification and may impact eligibility for future events.
