Electrical service is not included in the vendor fee and is charged separately based on declared requirements.

All electrical requirements must be clearly declared at the time of application and are subject to approval by event management. Approved electrical service, fees, and conditions will be outlined in the Vendor Agreement issued to accepted vendors.

Vendors may not access electrical service until the Vendor Agreement has been signed and all applicable fees have been paid in full. This includes plugging in overnight.

Under-declaring electrical requirements, exceeding approved amperage, sharing power without authorization, or attempting on-site electrical changes without approval may result in immediate reduction or termination of electrical service and may lead to removal from the event without refund. On-site changes or upgrades to electrical service are not guaranteed.

This is an application to be considered as a vendor at our event. Due to limited space and high demand, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We typically receive over 300 applications.

All applications will be carefully reviewed based on product mix, quality, space requirements, and overall fit with the event. Selected vendors will be notified by April 1, 2026.

Vendors who are accepted will be required to enter into a formal Vendor Agreement, which will outline all terms and conditions, including fees, electrical requirements, setup and teardown times, and event policies. Participation is not confirmed until the Vendor Agreement is signed and all required payments and documentation are received.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our staff, volunteers, vendors, and guests. Any form of harassment, abusive language, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior toward event staff or volunteers—at any stage of the application or event process—will result in immediate disqualification and may impact eligibility for future events.
I confirm I will provide a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum $2M, naming Paris Agricultural Society as additional insured) if accepted.
