Participation in this softball tournament is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The tournament host(s), organizers, and facility owners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of property. By attending or participating, all individuals agree to assume all risks and release the host(s) from any liability.
I understand this is a 14UB Fastpitch Softball Tournament. Games will be played as early as 8am. This is a one day, 4 game guarantee.
The tournament fee is $375. This may be paid via Venmo or check. I understand this must be paid by Sunday, May 10th or my tournament admission will be cancelled. Once my fee is received you will receive a confirmation email containing a receipt.
