Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to marketing@dimins.com by 12:00PM on Wednesday, July 15th in order to avoid invoicing. Registrations cancelled after July 15th but before July 29th will not have to pay the registration fee, but will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.. Anyone cancelling after July 29th will still need to pay the full registration fee.
