    Thank you for your interest in participating in Cajun & Creole Fest! We're looking for 30 vendors this year - so, spaces are limited, but we're so excited you're here! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This event encourages community pride and engagement while providing an economic boost to our downtown businesses. The Kent Downtown Partnership and Altha's Louisiana Cajun Store strive to make this a profitable, convenient, and enjoyable event that will merit your participation every year. Come be a part of our action-packed line up of entertainment, activities, food, beer garden, and vendors!

    Event information

    Cajun & Creole Fest is a food and music festival celebrating the Creole and Cajun cultures of Louisiana. It is located in Kent, WA. 

    • DATE: August 15th, 2026, 1pm-7pm
    • LOCATION: Downtown Kent, WA. Burlington Green Park (101-299 Railroad Ave N, Kent, WA 98032)
    • BOOTH SETUP: 10'x10' empty booth space, outdoors, no electricity
    • COST: $150
    • PROJECTED ATTENDANCE: 5000+ 
    • Priority given to vendors whose merchandise is majority hand-crafted by the vendor

     Please read our Terms & Conditions before applying. Some highlights:

    • Setup is from 11am-12pm; vehicles are not allowed on site after 12pm
    • Tent weights are required (15lbs per canopy leg)
    • Vendors are required to complete a vendor experience survey within a week of the conclusion of the festival. This survey will provide an opportunity to give feedback and will include required reporting of revenue from the event. 
    • Vendors are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance with the Kent Downtown Partnership (202 W Gowe St, Suite A, Kent, WA 98032) listed as an additionally insured party or a signed waiver (waiver will be provided upon request) at least 30 days prior to the event. Vendors selling bath & body products, food, or candles must submit a COI and cannot submit a waiver. Other products may require a COI at the KDP’s discretion.

  • Insurance

    All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance (COI) or a signed waiver (provided upon request) at least 30 days before the event. We highly recommend you acquire insurance.

    Vendors selling bath & body products, food, or candles must submit a COI and cannot submit a waiver. Other products may require a COI at the KDP’s discretion.

    The certificate must list the Kent Downtown Partnership (202 W Gowe St, Kent, WA 98032) as an additionally insured party.

    If you don't already have liability insurance, we can provide information about where you can purchase it upon acceptance. Insurance typically costs around $50 for single-event coverage. Please do not purchase insurance specifically for this event until accepted.

  • Cancellation policy

    Full refund if notice of cancellation received by July 1, 2025. Cancellations after this date/time will not be refunded.
