  • To qualify for MLS access, all subscribers must hold active membership with the National Association of REALTORS® through a local and state REALTOR® association. Applicants must be current on all required dues and fees, and not subject to suspension or membership restrictions. New licensees must complete this process through a local REALTOR® association before applying for membership with the Big Sky Country MLS.

  • Office Details

  • Recurring Annual MLS Subscription Fees

  • Broker or Salesperson = $600 Annually (Prorated $50/month for new members * )

    Real Estate Appraiser = $420 Annually (Prorated $35/month for new members * )

    Unlicensed Office Staff = Same fees as the Principal Broker or Appraiser

    * Proration: The annual billing cycle begins on April 1st and ends on March 31st the following year. Subscription fees for new members are pro-rated monthly based on the join date.

     

  • Administrative & One-Time MLS Fees

  • New Office Application Fee = $2,100 (Non-refundable one-time fee).

    New Subscriber Application Fee = $1,000 (Non-refundable one-time fee. Does not apply to Unlicensed Assistants).

    Agent Reactivation Fee = $1,000 (Non-refundable. Applied per instance upon reactivation after 90+ days inactive or termination for non-compliance (e.g., failure to complete orientation, non-payment of fees and fines after 30 days of suspension notice)).

    Office Transfer Fee = $100 (Applied per instance)

  • Acknowledgment & Agreement

  • By submitting this application, the Applicant acknowledges that membership and/or subscription in the Big Sky Country MLS is subject to compliance with the MLS Rules and Regulations, Policies, Bylaws, and any amendments adopted now or in the future.

    The Applicant understands that completion of the required MLS Orientation and any mandatory training must occur within 30 days of paying their membership and application fees, and that failure to meet these requirements may result in suspension or termination of MLS access in accordance with MLS policy.
