DESCRPITIONS OF TASKS
Set-Up: You will help RRAC staff set up the space. Tasks will include setting out food and drinks, hanging up decorations and signange, ensuring all activites are ready to go, silent auction items are out, mask materials are set out etc.
Event Check In: You will be stationed in the wheel throwing studio to check folks in as they arrive. There will be pre-printed nametags for each guest and racks for them to hang their coats.
Mask Making Assistant: The North Studio will be set up for attendees to create their own masquerade mask. There will be a variety of materials that guests may use. Help guide them and locate materials, as needed.
Guide by North Studio Bathroom: During the first half of the event, the Music Factory will be open. Point guests in the direction of the music factory, towards south studio, bathrooms etc.
Clean Up: After the event, we will require volunteers to help take down decorations, pack up leftover food, bring down artwork from the Music Factory etc.
Floaters: During the event you will be asked to walk around to check in on folks, answer questions, provide directions, etc.
