2026-2027 Stars Scholarship Cycle
If you are an employee of L&F Distributors and you or an immediate family member (spouse/partner, child, grandchild, or sibling) is applying for the 2026–2027 Stars Scholarship, please complete this form.

This form allows us to internally track the application throughout the review process.

IMPORTANT:
This form is not the scholarship application and does not replace the official Stars Scholarship application. All applicants must complete the full application at www.starsscholarship.org and submit all required documents by March 31 at 5:00 PM CST.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a scholarship award. All applicants must meet eligibility criteria and submit a complete application to be considered.

To maintain fairness and equity for all applicants, each L&F Distributors employee may recommend up to two (2) students through this internal tracking process.

We encourage all eligible students to apply. While additional relatives who meet eligibility requirements are welcome to submit an application, Stars Scholarship Fund will only internally track applications for immediate family members listed on this form.
