Troop Leaders must complete this form if you are interested in your Troop attending a Troop Camp or a Long Weekend Camp.

This form is to request a hold of spots for your troop participants as well as provide details for optional Sponsorships you would like to provide for your participants.
- You will be required to pay a $50 deposit for each spot you hold.
- Requests will be entered in the order of submissions as received.

Troops must have two registered Girl Scout volunteers with approved background checks and meet GSUSA's required adult-to-girl ratios. Adults are expected to actively participate in activities and supervise their troop's campers.
- After this form is submitted, special registration links will be created by GSMW and provided to the Troop Leader with further instructions.
- The Troop Leader will send these links to their families who will be required to complete their own camp registrations as well as any necessary forms for their camper to attend camp.

Many troops choose to subsidize the cost for all or a portion of the camp fees for their participants.

Please read the following for details on Sponsorships:
- If your Troop chooses to pay for some OR all of the camp fees for participants, GSMW will create a sponsorship code.
- When families use the special registration link that you will provide to them, the sponsorship code will automatically adjust the camp fees based on the amount you choose to pay per person.
- As a reminder, the $50 deposit you pay through this form is only used to hold a spot. Therefore, when deciding on a sponsorship amount please be sure to include the deposit amount in the total cost for the camp.

Troop Pre-Order Process:
1. Troop submits the Troop Pre-Order Request Form and pays a $50 deposit per requested spot. Please note that the deposits do not count towards the camper’s registration fee that will be due, it only holds the spot.
2. GSMW creates the Troop Pre-Order in UltraCamp to hold the spots for the adult and girl participants you plan to bring with your group.
3. If requested, GSMW will create Sponsorships, which when applied will automatically adjust the cost of the participants camp registration fees accordingly.
4. Once created, GSMW will send special registration links to the Troop Leader with instructions on how participants will register into the spots that are saved for the troop.
5. Payments due for Sponsorships will initially utilize the deposit funds that have already been paid. GSMW will contact the Troop Leader for any remaining payments due for Sponsorships. If a refund of the deposit is due to the Troop Leader, GSMW will provide that refund accordingly.
6. Once the Troop Leader sends the special links to their troop, families will register their participants. Families will then complete all necessary forms for their camper to attend camp.
