The TMCF SOAR program provides support and champions students to determine a pathway after high school, through college, and/or workforce development. Each year, the program accepts a new cohort of students who enter the program by attending a week-long summer boot camp hosted by one of TMCF's member schools. During the school year, students are provided with webinars and activities to provide knowledge of academic and career opportunities, financial literacy, as well as personal, professional, and leadership development.

- Attend a 6-day summer boot camp at a participating host school
- Actively engage in all program activities, including webinars and mentoring sessions throughout the school year
- Regularly reflect on experiences by sharing insights during discussions and evaluations

- Positions Available: 100 Participants per partner school

As part of the application process, we require students to provide their own contact information. While we appreciate parental support, it is important that students complete their application personally to ensure accurate and direct communication regarding important updates.
Parents may assist in the process, but applications submitted without the student’s contact details may be considered incomplete. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain clear and direct communication with our applicants.
