    Here is a list of requirements that need to be completed prior to scheduling cleaning services:
     

    • Make sure that all personal belongings and trash have been removed from the premises.
       
    • By accepting this agreement, you understand that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items left in the premises. Any item(s) or personal property left in the premises will be considered trash or abandoned property and will be disposed of accordingly.
       
    • We reserve the rights to increase our cleaning fees for any trash that our staff must remove from the premises and/or excessively dirty apartment homes that require additional cleaning products, work time and effort by the cleaning team to complete. Excessive pet hair and/or excrement & urine will result in an upcharge to the original quoted amount.
       
    • We reserve the rights to cancel cleaning services if excessive trash and/if the cleaning conditions are determined hazardous to our staff.
       
    • Please understand that it is our responsibility to record damages to the premises before we start our cleaning services. You also understand that Clean Sense LLC and our agents are not responsible for any pre-existing damages such as carpet stains, broken blinds, or any pre-existing damages to appliances or any other damages within the premises.
       
    • Electricity and Water services will be needed for our cleaners to be able to clean your home. Make sure that these services are turned ON and available for us.
       
    • Air Conditioning Requirement & Reschedule For the health and safety of our staff, all cleaning services require that the property be maintained at a reasonable and safe temperature. If the air conditioning system is out of service, and the indoor environment is excessively hot, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the cleaning appointment. This ensures safe working conditions for our team and the quality of service provided.
       
    • Pest Infestation & Rescheduling Policy - To protect the health and safety of our staff, cleaning services cannot be performed in properties with active pest infestations, including but not limited to fleas, bedbugs, excessive roaches, and/or rodents. If such conditions are identified upon arrival, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the cleaning appointment until the issue has been professionally treated and resolved. This policy ensures the well-being of our team and prevents cross-contamination to other properties.
       
    • Strong Odor and Air Quality Policy - For the safety and comfort of our staff, cleaning services cannot be performed in properties with strong chemical odors (such as fresh acrylic paint, varnish, or other hazardous fumes). If upon arrival the air quality is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the cleaning appointment until proper ventilation and air quality are restored. This policy helps protect our team’s health and ensures service can be delivered under safe working conditions.
       
    • No other contractors should be on the premises while we are cleaning your apartment home. Ceiling Fans and/or Light Fixtures that cannot be reached from a traditional (4) four-foot ladder will not be hand washed and consequently only dusted to the best of our abilities.
       
    • Our cleaning services do not include exterior windows except for sliding doors or windows located by the front door of the home.
