BYOB Beer Policy — Private Events Only
Snowy Fun is an alcohol-free facility by default; however, we understand that some private party hosts may wish to bring beer for adult guests.
Under Texas law, BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer) is generally allowed at venues that do not hold a liquor license.
Since Snowy Fun does not sell or serve alcohol, beer is permitted only at private park rentals — and only if all of the following rules are followed:
BYOB Beer Guidelines
Only adults 21 years and older may bring or consume beer.
Hard liquor, wine, and mixed drinks are strictly prohibited.
Beer must remain inside your reserved private party room at all times.
Snowy Fun staff will not serve, store, or handle any alcohol.
The host must sign a liability waiver accepting full responsibility for any alcohol brought in.

Snowy Fun Alcohol Waiver & Responsibility Agreement
Private Event Alcohol Waiver (Beer Only)
This waiver applies to private event hosts bringing beer for adult guests at Snowy Fun.
I, the undersigned host, acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am over 21 years of age and accept full responsibility for bringing and distributing beer (no liquor, wine, or spirits) at my private event at Snowy Fun.
All beer will remain inside the private party room and will not be consumed or carried into shared/public areas.
Only adults 21+ will be permitted to consume beer, and no minors will be served alcohol.
Snowy Fun staff will not serve, store, or assist with alcohol in any way.
I accept full legal and financial responsibility for any guest who consumes alcohol during my event.
I release Snowy Fun, its owners, managers, and employees from all liability or claims arising from alcohol-related incidents, including injuries, accidents, or violations of law.
