Management Agreement Termination
Your management agreement requires that you provide one full calendar month's notice to terminate. Example: Termination Form submitted on March 15th, last day of management would be April 30th.

By signing and submitting this form, you are providing Omyra Property Management with written notice that you want to terminate your Management Agreement and are planning to transition the property to self-management or another property management company. If you are in the middle of a lease, there is a $500 termination fee that will be applied to complete the request.

We will collect rent for the notice month (April for our above example), notify your tenants of the change in management, the name and contact information of the new management, and transfer all documents, any deposits or other held funds, maintenance records, etc.
